Postpartum Mood Support
Feeling Irritable?
Feeling depleted?
Not getting the support you need?
Not feeling "good enough"?
Having uncontrollable worries?
Is it a challenge adjusting to another baby?

Sometimes parenting doesn't look like what we thought. The baby is crying more than expected, breastfeeding becomes a chore, and the control that was once had, has vanished.
After a few weeks, some parents say things like, "I feel like I am falling in a dream and I have no control." or "This just doesn't seem right."
It is our goal to provide a safe and brave space for parents to release their thoughts. We will work together to create a holistic plan to remedy negative and worrisome thoughts.
We hold space for our mamas so that they can feel more like themselves.
Oftentimes, depression and anxiety begin during the prenatal stage, but people typically think it's the hormones. I encourage you to reach out if you are having concerns that are affecting your daily living.
